【摘要】：目的:探討利用胚胎累積評(píng)分法(embryo cumulative score,ECS)預(yù)測(cè)胚胎發(fā)育潛能、胚胎種植率(implantation rate,IR)、臨床妊娠率(pregnancy rate,PR)和流產(chǎn)率(Abortion Rate,AR)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,以便于臨床選擇更具發(fā)育潛能的胚胎。方法:對(duì)我中心2011年1 048個(gè)IVF/ICSI-ET周期進(jìn)行回顧分析,其中793個(gè)IVF周期及255個(gè)ICSI周期,利用ECS計(jì)算其分值并依據(jù)ECS對(duì)種植率、妊娠率及流產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:IVF/ICSI周期移植2個(gè)胚胎,ECS評(píng)分為18且≤30時(shí)可達(dá)到62.4%的妊娠率。其中ECS評(píng)分為25且≤30時(shí)可達(dá)到64.1%的妊娠率,且流產(chǎn)率顯著低于其他各組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:ECS評(píng)分法對(duì)選擇更具發(fā)育潛能及低流產(chǎn)率的胚胎具有較好的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application value of embryo accumulation score (embryo cumulative score,ECS) in predicting embryo development potential, embryo implantation rate (implantation rate,IR), clinical pregnancy rate (pregnancy rate,PR) and abortion rate (Abortion Rate,AR). In order to facilitate clinical selection of more developmental potential embryos.
