【摘要】：目的探討子宮頸癌中高危型人乳頭狀瘤病毒(high-risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)感染與c-jun和c-fos蛋白表達的關系及臨床意義。方法采用Cervista技術對70例子宮頸鱗狀細胞癌(cervical squmaous cell carcinoma,CSCC)、60例子宮頸上皮內病變(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及20例慢性子宮頸炎行HR-HPV檢測,同時應用免疫組化SP法檢測AP-1通路重要組份c-jun和c-fos蛋白的表達,分析HR-HPV感染與c-jun和c-fos蛋白表達的相關性及與子宮頸癌臨床病理特征的關系。結果 70例CSCC中69例HR-HPV呈陽性,陽性率98.6%(69/70),其中A9組陽性占比最高,達85.5%(59/69)。70例CSCC中c-jun和c-fos的陽性率分別為80%(56/70)、85.7%(60/70),30例CIN2+CIN3中的陽性率均為70%(21/30),30例CIN1中的陽性率分別為20%(6/30)、23.3%(7/30),20例慢性子宮頸炎中的陽性率均為0。CSCC組與CIN組及慢性子宮頸炎組相比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。c-jun、c-fos陽性率在CSCC的臨床分期、組織學分級等分組中差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);CSCC中HR-HPV陽性與c-jun、c-fos的表達均呈正相關(P0.01)。結論 CSCC中HR-HPV感染具有顯著的亞型特點,且與c-jun和c-fos表達呈正相關,提示HR-HPV感染后AP-1通路活化可能與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展相關。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between high risk human papillomavirus (high-risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV) infection and the expression of c-jun and c-fos protein in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 70 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (cervical squmaous cell carcinoma,CSCC), 60 cases of cervical intraepithelial lesion (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN) and 20 cases of chronic cervicitis were detected by Cervista. The expression of c-jun and c-fos proteins in AP-1 pathway was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between HR-HPV infection and c-jun and c-fos expression and clinicopathological features of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results 69 cases of CSCC were positive for HR-HPV, the positive rate was 98.6% (69 / 70), the positive rate of A9 group was the highest (85.5% (59 / 69). The positive rates of c-jun and c-fos in 70 cases of CSCC were 80% (56 / 70), respectively. 85.7% (60 / 70), 30 cases of CIN2 CIN3 were 70% (21 / 30), 30 cases of CIN1 were 20% (6 / 30), 23. 3% (7 / 30), respectively. In 20 cases of chronic cervicitis, the positive rate of c-junc-fos in 0.CSCC group was significantly higher than that in CIN group and chronic cervicitis group (P0.05), and the positive rate of c-junc-fos in CSCC was significantly higher than that in CIN group and chronic cervicitis group (P0.05). The difference in histological grading was statistically significant (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of HR-HPV and c-fos in CSCC (P0.01). Conclusion there is a significant subtype of HR-HPV infection in CSCC, and it is positively correlated with the expression of c-jun and c-fos, suggesting that the activation of AP-1 pathway after HR-HPV infection may be related to the occurrence and development of tumor.
