【摘要】：目的通過(guò)Meta分析比較陰道分娩術(shù)前行常規(guī)剃毛備皮與非剃毛備皮對(duì)產(chǎn)婦預(yù)后的影響。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、SCI、Ovid、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CBM)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Wanfang)、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(VIP)和相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI),收集比較經(jīng)陰道分娩術(shù)前行剃毛備皮與非剃毛備皮的隨機(jī)或非隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),檢索時(shí)間均從建庫(kù)至2015年12月。由兩名評(píng)價(jià)者按照納入與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇試驗(yàn),提取資料和評(píng)價(jià)質(zhì)量后,采用RevMan 5.2.6軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果最終納入6項(xiàng)研究(英文3篇、中文3篇),共1 924例產(chǎn)婦,其中剃毛備皮組1 083例,非剃毛備皮組841例。剃毛備皮組與非剃毛備皮組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后發(fā)熱的發(fā)病率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[Z=0.57,P=0.57,RR=1.14,95%CI(0.73,1.76)];兩組產(chǎn)婦傷口感染比較,差異亦無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[Z=0.43,P=0.66,RR=1.11,95%CI(0.69,1.78)]。結(jié)論陰道分娩前無(wú)需常規(guī)行剃毛備皮。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of routine shaving and non-shaving before vaginal delivery on the prognosis of parturient by Meta analysis. Methods Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,SCI,Ovid, Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), Wanfang database (Wanfang), Chinese sci-tech journal database (VIP) and Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), To collect and compare the randomized or non-randomized controlled trials of shaving and non-shaving before vaginal delivery. The retrieval time was from the construction of the database to December 2015. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the two evaluators selected the test, extracted the data and evaluated the quality, and analyzed them by RevMan 5.2.6 software. Results A total of 1 924 cases of parturient were included in 6 studies (3 in English and 3 in Chinese), including 1 083 cases in shaving and skin preparation group and 841 cases in non shaving and skin preparation group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum fever between shaved and unshaved women [ZH0.57P0. 57 RRN 1.1495 CI (0. 73 鹵1. 76)]; There was no significant difference in wound infection between the two groups. Conclusion there is no need for routine shaving and skin preparation before vaginal delivery.
