【摘要】：目的比較青少年初產婦與其他年齡段初產婦產科并發(fā)癥、合并癥和妊娠結局的差異。方法回顧分析第三軍醫(yī)大學西南醫(yī)院2005年1-12月產科分娩的孕前無合并癥的初產婦的臨床資料,按年齡分為青少年組(≤19歲,232例)、19~35歲組(464例)和高齡組(≥35歲,464例),比較其一般情況、產科并發(fā)癥、合并癥及其妊娠結局。結果青少年組未婚、高中以下文化程度、無職業(yè)、初次懷孕、早產率和妊娠合并貧血、軟產道裂傷比例均高于19~35歲組和高齡組,青少年組孕期平均增加體質量、剖宮產率、妊娠期糖尿病、前置胎盤發(fā)生率及新生兒平均體質量低于19~35歲組和高齡組,青少年組中妊娠期高血壓疾病的發(fā)生率高于19~35歲組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但與高齡組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);3組間比較,妊娠期肝內膽汁淤積癥和胎膜早破的發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論青少年和高齡初產婦妊娠并發(fā)癥和合并癥多,但前者的妊娠結局較后者更易改善。
