雙酚A與不明原因復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)發(fā)生關(guān)系的病例對照研究

【摘要】:目的探討環(huán)境主要污染物——類雌激素雙酚A對女性復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)(胚胎停育)的影響。方法收集2014年10月至2016年4月第三軍醫(yī)大學(xué)西南醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科門診不明原因復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)或胚胎停育患者80例,選擇80例正常妊娠婦女為對照組,使用固相萃取-同位素內(nèi)標(biāo)-高效液相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法檢測血清雙酚A濃度,按年齡、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、孕周、初潮年齡分組并進行比較,采用單因素和多因素非條件logistic回歸模型分析雙酚A與復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)發(fā)生的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果病例組血清雙酚A濃度高于對照組[39.51(19.72,57.13)vs 3.56(2.46,6.88)ng/m L,P0.01];多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:雙酚A是復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)的危險因素(OR=2.469)。兩組間比較,雙酚A濃度在年齡≤35歲、BMI、孕周、初潮年齡差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論雙酚A可能與女性復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)(胚胎停育)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of estrogenic bisphenol A (BPA), a major environmental pollutant, on recurrent abortion in women. Methods from October 2014 to April 2016, 80 patients with recurrent abortion or fetal suspension were collected from the outpatient department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Southwest Hospital of the third military Medical University, and 80 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group. Serum bisphenol A concentration was determined by solid-phase extraction (SPE) -isotopic internal standard and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). Serum bisphenol A concentration was determined by age, body mass index (BMI),) gestational age, menarche age, and compared. Univariate and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression models were used to analyze the association between bisphenol A and recurrent abortion. Results the serum bisphenol A concentration in the case group was higher than that in the control group [39.51 (19.72 鹵57.13) vs 3.56 (2.46 鹵6.88) ng/m P0.01].
