【摘要】：近年來,流行病學(xué)研究表明妊娠期暴露于空氣污染物會(huì)導(dǎo)致不良妊娠結(jié)局。烹調(diào)油煙污染是室內(nèi)空氣污染的主要來源之一,油煙污染物可通過母體影響胎兒的生長發(fā)育,最終導(dǎo)致胎兒低出生體重,生長發(fā)育受限以及其他不良妊娠結(jié)局。本文通過對(duì)烹調(diào)油煙成分構(gòu)成及其危害、孕期油煙污染物暴露對(duì)低出生體重影響及其生物學(xué)機(jī)制作簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, epidemiological studies have shown that exposure to air pollutants during pregnancy can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Cooking oil fume pollution is one of the main sources of indoor air pollution. Oil fume contaminants can affect the growth and development of the fetus through the maternal body, resulting in low birth weight, limited growth and development, and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. In this paper, the composition and harm of cooking oil fume, the effect of exposure of soot contaminants during pregnancy on low birth weight and its biological mechanism were reviewed briefly.
