上皮性卵巢癌組織中miR-21-5p、miR-29-3p、miR-139-5p表達變化及意義

【摘要】:目的觀察上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)組織中miR-21-5p、miR-29-3p和miR-139-5p的表達變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法收集卵巢組織標本182例,其中正常卵巢組織56例、良性上皮性腫瘤(BEOT)42例、EOC 84例。采用實時熒光定量PCR技術測定組織標本中的miR-21-5p、miR-29-3p和miR-139-5p,并分析其與EOC患者臨床病理特征的關系。結果與正常卵巢組織、BEOT組織相比,EOC組織中miR-21-5p和miR-29-3p相對表達量增加,miR-139-5p相對表達量降低(P均0.05);正常卵巢組織與BEOT組織比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。與中高度分化、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和無淋巴結轉移的EOC組織相比,低分化、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和有淋巴結轉移的EOC組織miR-21-5p和miR-29-3p高表達者多,miR-139-5p高表達者少(P均0.05)。結論 EOC組織中miR-21-5p和miR-29-3p表達上調(diào)并可能發(fā)揮促癌作用,miR-139-5p表達下調(diào)并可能具有一定抑癌作用,三者均可作為EOC的預后指標或者治療靶標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of miR-21-5p,miR-29-3p and miR-139-5p in epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 182 cases of ovarian tissues were collected, including 56 cases of normal ovarian tissues, 42 cases of benign epithelial tumors (BEOT) and 84 cases of EOC. The miR-21-5p,miR-29-3p and miR-139-5p, in tissue samples were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and the relationship between miR-21-5p,miR-29-3p and clinicopathological features of EOC patients was analyzed. Results compared with normal ovarian tissues and BEOT tissues, the relative expression of miR-21-5p and miR-29-3p in EOC increased and the relative expression of miR-139-5p decreased (P0. 05).
