【摘要】：目的觀察補(bǔ)腎益氣和血法中藥對(duì)IVF-ET患者血清和卵泡液性激素水平的影響,探討補(bǔ)腎益氣和血法中藥對(duì)IVF-ET患者生殖內(nèi)分泌的作用。方法將自2016年4月~2017年1月在湖北省婦幼保健院生殖中心行IVF-ET的不孕婦女隨機(jī)分配為中藥組(51例)和對(duì)照組(48例)。對(duì)照組采用單純輔助生殖技術(shù),中藥組在對(duì)照組方法上加用補(bǔ)腎益氣和血法中藥治療。比較兩組:(1)基礎(chǔ)(月經(jīng)第3天)和啟動(dòng)日血清FSH、LH、E2、P、T、PRL水平,(2)HCG注射日血清LH、E2、P、T水平,(3)OPU日血清E2、P、T水平,(4)卵泡液中E2、P、T水平,(5)使用Gn的天數(shù)和Gn的總量。結(jié)果(1)啟動(dòng)日,中藥組血清E2水平顯著低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較有顯著性差異(P=0.01),而FSH、LH、P、T、RPL無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);(2)HCG注射日,中藥組血清E2水平顯著高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),而LH、P、T兩組水平相當(dāng),無顯著性差異(P0.05);(3)OPU日,兩組血清E2、P中藥組顯者高于對(duì)照組,均有顯著性差異(P0.05),T兩組比較無顯著性差異(P0.05);(4)卵泡液E2、T兩組比較,中藥組明顯高于對(duì)照組,均有顯著性差異(均P0.05),兩組P比較無顯著性差異(P0.05);(5)兩組Gn用量和使用天數(shù)相比,中藥組Gn天數(shù)和Gn用量均小于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論本研究提示,補(bǔ)腎益氣和血法中藥介入IVF-ET過程,可能影響血清和卵泡液中激素水平,可能降調(diào)啟動(dòng)日血清E2水平,升調(diào)HCG日血清E2水平、OPU日血清E2和P水平以及卵泡液E2、T水平,增加卵泡對(duì)外源性Gn的敏感性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and supplementing qi and blood on the levels of sex hormones in serum and follicular fluid of patients with IVF-ET, and to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and tonifying qi and blood on reproductive endocrine of patients with IVF-ET. Methods infertile women who received IVF-ET from April 2016 to January 2017 were randomly assigned to traditional Chinese medicine group (51 cases) and control group (48 cases). The control group was treated with simple assisted reproductive technique, while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and supplementing qi and blood. The serum FSH,LH,E2,P,T,PRL levels were compared between the two groups: (1) the serum FSH,LH,E2,P,T,PRL level on the 3rd day of menstruation, (2) the serum LH,E2,P,T level on the day of HCG injection, and (3) the serum E _ 2 ~ (2 +) P _ (+) T level on the day of OPU. (4) the level of E _ 2 ~ (2 +) P ~ (+) T in follicular fluid, (5) the days of using Gn and the total amount of Gn. Results (1) on the startup day, the serum E _ 2 level in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.01), but there was no significant difference in FSH,LH,P,T,RPL between the two groups (P0.05). (2) on the day of HCG injection, the serum E _ 2 level in the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), while the level of LH,P,T in the two groups was the same (P0.05). (3) on OPU day, the serum E2P of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). (4) compared with the control group, the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). (5) compared with the two groups, the dosage of Gn and the dosage of Gn in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group (P0.01). Conclusion this study suggests that the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and tonifying qi and blood in the process of IVF-ET may affect the levels of hormones in serum and follicular fluid, decrease the level of serum E2 on the start day, and adjust the level of serum E2 on the day of ascending HCG. On the day of OPU, the levels of E _ 2 and P in serum and E _ 2 T in follicular fluid increased the sensitivity of follicle to exogenous Gn.
