脂肪因子與妊娠期糖尿病相關(guān)性研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:妊娠期糖尿病是由多種病因引起的內(nèi)分泌代謝疾病,可引起糖、蛋白質(zhì)、脂質(zhì)代謝紊亂,可導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的母嬰并發(fā)癥。脂肪因子能通過介導(dǎo)一系列的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路,廣泛參與機(jī)體復(fù)雜的代謝平衡網(wǎng)絡(luò)的調(diào)節(jié)。近年來的研究表明,脂肪因子廣泛參與肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血壓病等一系列代謝相關(guān)性疾病的病理生理過程,其中趨化素、脂聯(lián)素、抵抗素、內(nèi)脂素作為脂肪因子,參與2型糖尿病的發(fā)生,與胰島素抵抗相關(guān)。通過對(duì)脂肪因子的特性探討,提示孕期監(jiān)測(cè)脂肪因子的變化對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)及干預(yù)妊娠期糖尿病具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is an endocrine metabolic disease caused by many causes, which can cause disorders of glucose, protein and lipid metabolism, and lead to severe complications of mother and child. Fat factors can be involved in the regulation of complex metabolic balance network by mediating a series of signal transduction pathways. Recent studies have shown that fat factors are widely involved in the pathophysiological processes of a series of metabolic related diseases, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and so on, in which chemoattractant, adiponectin, resistin and endaliphin are used as fat factors. Participate in the development of type 2 diabetes, and related to insulin resistance. It is suggested that monitoring the changes of fat factors during pregnancy is of great significance in predicting and intervening in gestational diabetes mellitus.
