【摘要】：目的觀察宮頸鱗癌細(xì)胞中乏氧誘導(dǎo)因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表達(dá)情況及其與預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法通過治療前檢測(cè)119例宮頸鱗癌患者HIF-1α的表達(dá)情況,并分析陽(yáng)性、陰性表達(dá)組放化療療效并研究其與宮頸癌預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 119例中晚期宮頸鱗癌患者中HIF-1α表達(dá)陽(yáng)性者86例(72.3%),表達(dá)陰性者33例(27.7%)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者表達(dá)陰性者的有效率(94.7%、85.7%)高于表達(dá)陽(yáng)性者(87.8%、75.6%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.032,P=0.041);表達(dá)陰性者(89.4%、78.5%)2年局控率高于表達(dá)陽(yáng)性者(75.5%、70.2%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.021、P=0.035);表達(dá)陰性者2年生存率(100%、85.7%)高于表達(dá)陽(yáng)性患者(91.2%、72.9%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.034、P=0.041)。結(jié)論大部分中晚期宮頸鱗癌細(xì)胞HIF-1α表達(dá)陽(yáng)性,對(duì)于Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者HIF-1α表達(dá)陽(yáng)性與不良預(yù)后相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1 偽 (HIF-1 偽) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with prognosis. Methods the expression of HIF-1 偽 was detected in 119 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma before treatment. The effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in positive and negative expression groups was analyzed and the relationship between the expression of HIF-1 偽 and prognosis of cervical carcinoma was studied. Results among 119 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 86 (72.3%) were positive for HIF-1 偽 and 33 (27.7%) were negative.
