【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,47歲。因外陰癌術(shù)后15年復(fù)發(fā),外院放療后3個(gè)月,于2013年10月30日入院。1998年12月30日行外陰癌根治術(shù),術(shù)后病理檢查示:外陰高分化鱗癌,切緣基底部無(wú)瘤組織,左側(cè)腹股溝深淋巴結(jié)有癌轉(zhuǎn)移(1/3),雙側(cè)腹股溝淺淋巴結(jié)及右腹股溝深淋巴結(jié)未見(jiàn)癌轉(zhuǎn)移(0/6,0/5)。定期隨訪,未見(jiàn)復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移。2011年9月3日因外陰瘙癢就診,婦科檢查:術(shù)
[Abstract]:The patient was 47 years old. The vulvar cancer recurred 15 years after surgery and was admitted to hospital on October 30, 2013, 3 months after radiotherapy. On December 30, 1998, radical resection of vulvar carcinoma was performed. Pathological examination showed that vulvar squamous cell carcinoma was well differentiated, and there was no tumor at the base of the incisal margin. Cancer metastasis was found in the left deep inguinal lymph node (1 / 3), but not in the bilateral superficial inguinal lymph node and the right deep inguinal lymph node (0 / 6 / 0 / 5).
