生殖道人乳頭瘤病毒與其它病原體感染關(guān)系的探討
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (Human Papillomaviruses, HPV) infection in female genital tract and other common pathogens in genital tract. Methods: from August 2011 to August 2013, a total of 73 patients with positive subtype or subtypes of HPV were selected from the second affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma Urealyticum, bacterial vaginosis, Candida cerevisiae and Trichomonas vaginalis were detected in both groups. Results among 73 cases with positive HPV, 15 cases were mixed infection of HPV subtype, the other 58 cases were single HPV subtype infection. The high risk HPV positive cases accounted for 71.2%. Low risk type HPV positive group accounted for 8.2%. There were 6 type 11 type 43. HPV-positive group and HPV negative group compared with the single factor of other pathogens infection in the reproductive tract: Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection and HPV infection had significant significance (X2P 5.19 P 0.05), other pathogens infection had significant significance (X2P 5.19 P 0.05), and other pathogens were infected with Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection and HPV infection. Logistic regression analysis showed that Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection was correlated with HPV infection (OR=2.401,95%CI = 1.173, 4.914, P0.05). Ureaplasma Urealyticum was the risk factor of HPV infection. There was no correlation between chlamydia trachomatis, bacterial vaginosis, Candida cerevisiae, trichomonas vaginalis infection and HPV infection (all P 0.05). Conclusion: Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection is related to HPV infection, Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection can increase HPV infection, but Chlamydia trachomatis, bacterial vaginosis, Candida cerevisiae, Trichomonas vaginalis infection and HPV infection have no significant correlation.
