【摘要】：子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥是生育年齡婦女常見(jiàn)婦科疾病，近年發(fā)病率在不斷上升中，還有逐年上升的趨勢(shì)。雖然內(nèi)異癥一種良性疾病，但是它有與惡性腫瘤一般很強(qiáng)的侵襲粘附能力，內(nèi)異癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制目前不十分明確。 內(nèi)異癥有不同的分期，迄今為止，，臨床常用的即rAFS評(píng)分法，但是此分期法有不足之處，尚無(wú)一種令人滿意的分期方法，本文歸納總結(jié)了自1973年Acosta首次提出內(nèi)異癥分期到如今rAFS廣泛運(yùn)用于臨床這段時(shí)期的所有內(nèi)異癥的分期方法，旨在了解內(nèi)異癥分期的發(fā)展及各個(gè)分期的優(yōu)劣性，希望從中得到啟示，完善內(nèi)異癥的分期，從而全方面了解內(nèi)異癥，并科學(xué)合理的作出治療方案。 內(nèi)異癥的診斷方法較多，目前認(rèn)為腹腔鏡是診斷內(nèi)異癥的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，但是腹腔鏡手術(shù)費(fèi)用高、有創(chuàng)傷、對(duì)術(shù)者操作能力要求高，找到無(wú)創(chuàng)、簡(jiǎn)便、精確的診斷方法非常必要。本文就腹腔鏡、新興的實(shí)驗(yàn)室方法、器械輔助檢查的種類(lèi)進(jìn)行比較，旨在權(quán)衡利弊得到一個(gè)科學(xué)簡(jiǎn)便的診斷方法。 內(nèi)異癥的治療主要依靠手術(shù)和術(shù)后藥物聯(lián)合治療，腹腔鏡手術(shù)是治療內(nèi)異癥的首選方法，保守性手術(shù)是最常用手術(shù)方式，術(shù)后治療藥物種類(lèi)較多，目前最常用促性腺激素釋放激素激動(dòng)劑。本文評(píng)價(jià)各種治療方式的優(yōu)劣性，旨在尋找出操作簡(jiǎn)單、復(fù)發(fā)性小、副反應(yīng)小的治療方案。
[Abstract]:Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease in women of childbearing age. Although endometriosis is a benign disease, it has the ability of invasiveness and adhesion to malignant tumor. The pathogenesis of endometriosis is not very clear. There are different stages in endometriosis. Up to now, the clinical use of rAFS scoring method, but this staging method has shortcomings, there is no satisfactory staging method, In this paper, we summarize the staging methods of endodysm from the first stage proposed by Acosta in 1973 to the present period in which rAFS is widely used in clinical practice, in order to understand the development of the stage of endometriosis and the advantages and disadvantages of each stage. We hope to get enlightenment, perfect the stages of endometriosis, so as to understand the disease in all aspects, and make a scientific and reasonable treatment plan. There are many diagnostic methods for endometriosis. At present, it is considered that laparoscopy is the golden standard for the diagnosis of endometriosis, but the cost of laparoscopic surgery is high, there is trauma, and it is necessary to find a non-invasive, simple and accurate diagnosis method for the operator. In this paper, the types of laparoscopy, new laboratory methods and instrumentation are compared in order to obtain a scientific and convenient diagnostic method by weighing the advantages and disadvantages. The treatment of endometriosis mainly depends on the combination of surgery and postoperative drugs. Laparoscopic surgery is the first choice in the treatment of endometriosis, conservative surgery is the most commonly used operation, and there are many kinds of drugs after operation. Currently, gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists are the most commonly used. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various therapeutic methods in order to find out the treatment scheme which is simple in operation, small in recurrence and small in side effects.
