【摘要】：目的探討NT-proBNP與炎癥因子對先兆子癇的診療價值及臨床意義。方法選取該院2015年2月至2016年2月正常妊娠孕婦81例為A組,輕度先兆子癇患者81例為B組,重度先兆子癇患者81例為C組,行NT-proBNP與炎癥因子檢測。比較各組NT-proBNP與炎癥因子差異,分析NT-proBNP、炎癥因子與先兆子癇的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果治療前NT-proBNP、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、白細胞介素(IL)-6、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)比較,從高到低為C、B、A組(P0.05)。治療后,B組與C組NTproBNP、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α降低(P0.05)。治療后NT-proBNP、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α比較,從高到低為C、B、A組(P0.05)。NT-proBNP、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α與先兆子癇呈正相關(guān)(r=0.569、0.602、0.418、0.427,P=0.000)。并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率比較,從高到低為C、B、A組(P0.05)。結(jié)論先兆子癇患者NT-proBNP與炎癥因子有升高趨勢,可將其作為先兆子癇評價的有效指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value and clinical significance of NT-proBNP and inflammatory factors in the diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia. Methods from February 2015 to February 2016, 81 pregnant women with normal pregnancy were selected as group A, 81 patients with mild preeclampsia as group B and 81 patients with severe preeclampsia as group C. NT-proBNP and inflammatory factors were detected. To compare the difference between NT-proBNP and inflammatory factors, and to analyze the correlation between NT-proBNP, inflammatory factors and preeclampsia. Results before treatment, NT-proBNP,C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽) were compared between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, NTproBNP,CRP,IL-6,TNF- 偽 decreased in group B and group C (P0.05). After treatment, there was a positive correlation between NT-proBNP,CRP,IL-6,TNF- 偽 and preeclampsia (P 0.05). NT-proBNPP CRP6 TNF- 偽 was positively correlated with preeclampsia (r = 0.569, 0.602, 0.418 ~ 0.427, P ~ (0.000). The incidence of complications was compared from high to low in group A (P 0.05). Conclusion NT-proBNP and inflammatory factors in patients with preeclampsia have an increasing tendency and can be used as an effective index for the evaluation of preeclampsia.
