原發(fā)不孕及復發(fā)性流產(chǎn)女性血清泌乳素與NK細胞相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的探討原發(fā)性不孕及復發(fā)性流產(chǎn)(RSA)女性血清泌乳素(PRL)水平與自然殺傷(NK)細胞的相關(guān)性。方法研究對象為原發(fā)性不孕組90例,RSA組90例,并同期選擇生育女性90例為對照組,應用電化學發(fā)光法測定血清PRL,TSH,FSH,LH和E2,流式細胞術(shù)測定NK細胞百分比,分析血清PRL與NK細胞是否相關(guān)。結(jié)果原發(fā)性不孕、RSA組血清PRL水平均高于對照組(P0.05),原發(fā)性不孕、RSA組中HPRL率均高于對照組(P0.05),原發(fā)性不孕及RSA組中,PRL與NK細胞百分比密切相關(guān),為獨立相關(guān)因素(P0.05),原發(fā)不孕與RSA組中HPRL的女性,PRL與NK細胞百分比為正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論原發(fā)性不孕和RSA女性中,PRL水平和NK細胞存在相互作用,HPRL可作為直接刺激因子導致NK細胞百分比升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum prolactin (PRL) level and natural killer (NK) cells in (RSA) women with primary infertility and recurrent abortion. Methods 90 cases of primary infertility group and 90 cases of fertile female group were selected as control group. Serum PRL TSHSHFSHFSHLH LH and E2 were measured by electrochemiluminescence (ECL), and NK cell percentage was measured by flow cytometry (FCM). The relationship between serum PRL and NK cells was analyzed. Results the level of serum PRL in primary infertility group was higher than that in control group (P0.05), and the HPRL rate in primary infertility group was higher than that in control group (P0.05). The percentage of NK cells in primary infertility group and RSA group was closely related to the percentage of NK cells. There was a positive correlation between the percentage of HPRL and NK cells in the primary infertility group and RSA group (P0.05). Conclusion there is interaction between PRL level and NK cells in women with primary infertility and RSA. HPRL can be used as a direct stimulator to increase the percentage of NK cells.
