子宮腺肌癥相關(guān)信號通路的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:子宮腺肌癥(AM)是一種常見的婦科良性疾病,其特征是子宮內(nèi)膜(腺體及間質(zhì))浸入子宮肌層,伴周圍肌細(xì)胞的炎癥及肥大。研究表明子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞的異位侵襲、種植和轉(zhuǎn)移是一個多階段,多因素的復(fù)雜過程,并涉及多條信號通路的相互協(xié)調(diào)作用。筆者就與子宮腺肌癥相關(guān)的信號通路如NF-κB、Wnt、TGF-β/Smad、PI3K/Akt、MAPK的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Adenomyosis of uterus (AM) is a common benign gynecologic disease characterized by endometrial (glandular and interstitial) infiltration into the myometrium with inflammation and hypertrophy of peripheral muscle cells. Studies have shown that the ectopic invasion, implantation and metastasis of endometrial cells are a multi-stage, multi-factor complex process, and involve the coordination of multiple signal pathways. This paper reviews the research progress of signal pathways related to adenomyosis, such as NF- 魏 B, Wntntmor TGF- 尾 / SmadPI3K / Aktmapk.
