賴氨酰氧化酶在子宮內膜癌中的表達及意義

【摘要】:目的探討賴氨酰氧化酶(LOX)在子宮內膜癌組織、子宮內膜良性增生組織中的表達規(guī)律及其與子宮內膜癌預后指標的相關性。方法應用免疫組化法檢測53例子宮內膜癌、90例子宮內膜單純性增生及復雜性增生組織中LOX蛋白的表達,比較LOX蛋白在良、惡性子宮內膜病變組織中表達的差異,分析LOX蛋白的表達與子宮內膜癌的臨床分期、是否存在淋巴結轉移及細胞分化程度等預后指標的相關性。結果 LOX蛋白在子宮內膜癌組織中的陽性表達率為52.8%,在子宮內膜復雜性增生組織中的表達率為32.5%,子宮內膜單純性增生組織中的表達率為24.0%。子宮內膜癌、子宮內復雜性增生及子宮內膜單純性增生組織中LOX蛋白表達率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.008)。子宮內膜癌組織中LOX蛋白的表達與臨床分期、細胞分化及淋巴結轉移有相關性。Ⅰ~Ⅳ期子宮內膜癌陽性表達率分別為31.6%、50.0%、78.6%和75.0%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.006)。在高、中、低分化組的陽性表達率分別為32.0%、60.0%、84.6%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.007);有淋巴結轉移及無淋巴結轉移組的陽性率為78.6%及43.7%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.025)。結論子宮內膜癌組織中LOX表達明顯高于子宮內膜復雜性增生及子宮內膜單純性增生,LOX參與子宮內膜癌的侵襲及轉移的病理過程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of lysyl oxidase (LOX) in endometrial carcinoma and endometrial benign hyperplasia and its correlation with the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of LOX protein in 53 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 90 cases of endometrial simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia, and to compare the expression of LOX protein in benign and malignant endometrial lesions. To analyze the correlation between the expression of LOX protein and the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and cell differentiation of endometrial carcinoma. Results the positive expression rate of LOX protein was 52.8% in endometrial carcinoma, 32.5% in complex endometrial hyperplasia and 24.0% in endometrial simple hyperplasia. The expression rate of LOX protein in endometrial carcinoma, complex hyperplasia and simple hyperplasia of endometrium was significantly different (P0. 008). The expression of LOX protein in endometrial carcinoma was correlated with clinical stage, cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
