【摘要】：手術治療是子宮內膜癌各種治療的基石,盡管有諸多爭議,但早期子宮內膜癌手術依然以全面分期手術為主,而晚期則行最大程度的腫瘤細胞減滅術。文章就早期、晚期和復發(fā)性子宮內膜癌手術治療的情況進行闡述。
[Abstract]:Surgical treatment is the cornerstone of various treatments for endometrial carcinoma. Although there are many controversies early endometrial carcinoma surgery is still based on comprehensive staging surgery while in late stage the largest degree of tumor cell reduction surgery is performed. This article describes the surgical treatment of early, late and recurrent endometrial carcinoma.
