【摘要】：目的:觀察皮下引流聯(lián)合大黃、芒硝對婦科腹部手術切口脂肪液化的預防作用。方法:選取伴有術后切口愈合不良高危因素的婦科腹部手術60例患者,隨機分為觀察組和對照組各30例,觀察組術中放置多側孔硅膠負壓引流管,術后三天開始用大黃:芒硝=1:4研粉外敷切口,對照組術后三天開始用大黃:芒硝=1:4研粉外敷切口,觀察兩組患者切口愈合情況。結果:觀察組腹部切口常規(guī)時間拆線,均Ⅱ/甲愈合。對照組6例出現(xiàn)切口脂肪液化,敞開引流、換藥,延期愈合4例,二期縫合2例,觀察組切口脂肪液化率明顯低于對照組,兩者相比差異有顯著性(P0.05),觀察組切口平均愈合時間短于對照組,兩者相比差異有顯著性(P0.05)。結論:皮下引流聯(lián)合大黃、芒硝比單用大黃、芒硝更能有效防止婦科腹部手術后切口脂肪液化、促進術后切口愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the preventive effect of subcutaneous drainage combined with rhubarb and mirabilite on fat liquefaction in abdominal incision of gynecology. Methods: sixty patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery with high risk factors of poor wound healing were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). Three days after operation, the incision was applied with rhubarb: 1: 4 powder.
