【摘要】：目的:探討妊娠合并無結構性心臟病心律失�；颊叩闹委熂叭焉锝Y局。方法:收集1993年1月至2014年12月在上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬仁濟醫(yī)院分娩的877例無結構性心臟病心律失�；颊叩呐R床資料,對心律失常類型、治療及妊娠結局進行分析。結果:877例妊娠合并心律失常以室性早搏最為常見(456例,占52.0%),其次為竇性心動過速(182例,占20.8%)�；颊咦阍路置�819例(93.4%)。孕期心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ級者占99.4%(872/877),Ⅲ~Ⅳ級者0.6%(5/877);178例(20.4%)心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ級患者予抗心律失常治療,而5例(100.0%)心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ級患者均予抗心律失常治療;心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ級者平均分娩孕周明顯短于Ⅰ~Ⅱ級(38.8±1.4周vs 37.7±1.7周,P0.001),圍生兒不良結局發(fā)生率明顯高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ級(8.0%vs 100.0%)。結論:無結構性心臟病心律失�；颊咭栽绮佣�,大部分患者心功能狀態(tài)良好,能夠耐受妊娠,經(jīng)抗心律失常治療后妊娠結局良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the treatment and pregnancy outcome of patients with pregnancy without structural heart arrhythmia. Methods: from January 1993 to December 2014, the clinical data of 877 patients with arrhythmia without structural heart disease who were delivered in Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College were collected. The types of arrhythmia, treatment and pregnancy outcome were analyzed. Results Ventricular premature beats (456 cases, 52.0%) and sinus tachycardia (182 cases, 20.8%) were the most common cases of ventricular arrhythmia in 877 cases of pregnancy.
