【摘要】：目的探討血清腫瘤標記物在卵巢癌診斷及監(jiān)控中的應(yīng)用價值。方法選取收治的60例卵巢癌患者、60例卵巢良性腫瘤患者分別設(shè)置為卵巢癌組、卵巢良性腫瘤組,另選取同期在我院接受健康體檢的體檢正常婦女60例作為對照組,對其血清腫瘤標記物的表達水平進行測定和比較,并計算各單項血清腫瘤標記物檢測對卵巢癌的輔助診斷結(jié)果。結(jié)果 3組受檢者的血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、3種糖類抗原(CA125、CA153、CA199)、人附睪蛋白4(HE4)等腫瘤標記物的表達水平進行比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);5種血清腫瘤標記物單項檢測對卵巢癌的輔助診斷靈敏度、特異度、準確性進行比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論血清腫瘤標記物的表達水平可反映卵巢癌病變,對其實施聯(lián)合檢測有利于提高卵巢癌的檢出率,可作為卵巢癌早期診斷的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of serum tumor markers in diagnosis and monitoring of ovarian cancer. Methods 60 patients with ovarian cancer and 60 patients with benign ovarian tumor were divided into ovarian cancer group and ovarian benign tumor group, and 60 normal women who received physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as control group. The expression level of serum tumor markers was measured and compared, and the auxiliary diagnostic results of each single serum tumor marker for ovarian cancer were calculated. Results the expression levels of tumor markers such as CA125, CA153, CA153, and human epididymal protein 4 were compared among the serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and three kinds of carbohydrate antigens (CA125, CA153, CA199) and human epididymal protein (H4), respectively. There were significant differences in the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the five serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. There was no significant difference in the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the five serum tumor markers. Conclusion the expression level of serum tumor markers can reflect the pathological changes of ovarian cancer. The combined detection of tumor markers can improve the detection rate of ovarian cancer and can be used as a reference for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
