【摘要】：女性生殖道癌肉瘤是一類很少見、侵襲性強、易于復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移、預(yù)后差的腫瘤。該類腫瘤包含癌和肉瘤兩種惡性組織成分,目前的研究對此類腫瘤的起源更傾向于轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)說,即認為該類癌瘤為單克隆起源,其中肉瘤成分由癌細胞化生為肉瘤樣成分。在治療上,對癌肉瘤首選手術(shù)治療,術(shù)后通常需采用輔助化療和放療等綜合治療。
[Abstract]:Female genital tract carcinosarcoma is a rare, aggressive, easy to recurrence and metastasis, poor prognosis. This kind of tumor consists of two kinds of malignant tissue components: cancer and sarcoma. The current research on the origin of this kind of tumor is more inclined to the transformation theory, that is to say, it is considered that this kind of tumor is a monoclonal origin, in which the sarcoma component is metaplastic from the cancer cell to sarcomatoid component. In the treatment of sarcomas, the first choice of surgical treatment, usually need to use adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy and other comprehensive treatment.
