【摘要】：目的:研究不孕婦女接受IVF-ET治療過(guò)程中取卵日卵泡液中PAF水平與IVF-ET結(jié)局的關(guān)系。方法:回顧分析于我院首次接受IVF-ET助孕、當(dāng)日移植新鮮胚胎的68例患者的臨床資料。根據(jù)取卵日卵泡液中PAF水平分為3組:低PAF組(≤5.9ng/ml)、中PAF組(5.9~11ng/ml)和高PAF組(≥11ng/ml)。結(jié)果:取卵日卵泡液中PAF水平與年齡呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.313,P0.05)。卵泡液中PAF水平與HCG日血清E_2水平的關(guān)系:當(dāng)E_2≤1000pg/ml時(shí),PAF水平與之呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.800,P0.05);當(dāng)E_2水平1000pg/ml時(shí),PAF與之呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.378,P0.05)。卵泡液中PAF水平與獲卵數(shù)呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.249,P0.05);3組患者的2PN形成率、優(yōu)胚率比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:卵泡液中PAF水平對(duì)IVF-ET結(jié)局有一定的影響。
