【摘要】：目的探討應(yīng)用血管平滑肌電刺激技術(shù)治療外陰上皮內(nèi)非瘤樣病變的療效。方法收集2013年7月至2015年1月秦皇島市婦幼保健院婦科門診就診的外陰上皮內(nèi)非瘤樣病變患者54例,應(yīng)用法國(guó)PHENIX 8 PLUS,采用血管平滑肌電刺激治療程序進(jìn)行治療,其中50例完成1個(gè)療程治療。結(jié)果 50例患者治療前后癥狀、體征評(píng)分比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);50例患者治療后主觀癥狀改善,有效率100%,其中25例(50%)治愈,25例(50%)有效;體征改善有效率54%,27例(54%)有效,23例(46%)無(wú)效。結(jié)論血管平滑肌電刺激技術(shù)治療外陰上皮內(nèi)非瘤樣病變療效顯著、安全,患者易接受,期待為外陰上皮非瘤樣病變病人提供一種新的有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of vascular smooth muscle electrical stimulation in the treatment of vulvar intraepithelial non-neoplastic lesions. Methods from July 2013 to January 2015, 54 cases of vulvar intraepithelial nonneoplastic lesions were collected from gynecological outpatient clinic of Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital. The patients were treated with PHENIX 8 PLUSin France, and the procedure of electrical stimulation of vascular smooth muscle was used. 50 of them completed a course of treatment. Results the scores of symptoms and signs of 50 patients before and after treatment were significantly different. The subjective symptoms of 50 patients were improved after treatment, and the effective rate was 100, of which 25 cases were cured and 25 cases were effective. The effective rate of improvement of physical signs was 54% (27 cases) and 23 cases (46%) were ineffective. Conclusion Electrical stimulation of vascular smooth muscle in the treatment of vulvar intraepithelial non-tumor-like lesions is effective, safe and acceptable to patients. It is expected to provide a new and effective treatment method for vulvar epithelial non-tumor-like lesions.
