婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理的安全管理體會(huì)

    【摘要】 近年來，安全管理越來越受到各行各業(yè)的廣泛重視，尤其是對(duì)于婦產(chǎn)科這一高醫(yī)療糾紛的科室，加強(qiáng)安全管理意義重大。一方面，安全管理可以促進(jìn)婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理質(zhì)量的提高，減少醫(yī)療糾紛的發(fā)生，另一方面，安全管理還有助于提高護(hù)理人員的自身素質(zhì)，提升醫(yī)院的整體形象。本文旨在探討婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理工作中的安全管理的具體體會(huì)。

    【Abstract 】 in recent years, safety management has received more and more attention from all walks of life, especially for the high medical disputes in obstetrics and gynecology department, strengthen safety management is of great significance. On one hand, can promote the safety management of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality, reduce medical disputes, on the other hand, safety management helps to improve nurses ' quality, enhance the overall image of the hospital. This paper aims to explore the obstetrics and gynecology nursing work in safety management experience.
