【摘要】：目的調(diào)查分析體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者對(duì)卵子捐贈(zèng)的知識(shí)和態(tài)度現(xiàn)狀,為贈(zèng)、受卵工作提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用便利抽樣法,抽取鄭州市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院行IVF-ET治療的不孕女性500例,采用《體外受精-胚胎移植患者卵子捐贈(zèng)知識(shí)和態(tài)度問(wèn)卷》對(duì)其進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果卵子捐贈(zèng)知識(shí)回答正確率不高,只有22.76%;條目"并不是只要身體健康就可以進(jìn)行卵子捐贈(zèng)"回答正確率最高,為58.54%,答對(duì)率最低的條目為"捐贈(zèng)卵子會(huì)導(dǎo)致自身卵子數(shù)量不足而影響治療",回答正確率僅為4.47%;IVF-ET患者對(duì)卵子捐贈(zèng)態(tài)度得分為(24.4±5.0)分,處于較低水平,其中,卵子捐贈(zèng)意愿部分得分最低,為(7.9±3.4)分。結(jié)論 IVF-ET患者缺乏對(duì)卵子捐贈(zèng)知識(shí)的了解,卵子捐贈(zèng)態(tài)度也不積極,應(yīng)重視對(duì)IVF-ET患者卵子捐贈(zèng)知識(shí)的宣傳。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the knowledge and attitude of IVF-ETpatients on egg donation in order to provide theoretical basis for donation and oocyte donation. Methods 500 infertile women who were treated with IVF-ET in a Grade 3A hospital in Zhengzhou were selected by convenience sampling method. The questionnaire of knowledge and attitude of egg donation of IVF-embryo transfer patients was used. Results the correct answer rate of egg donation knowledge was not high (22.76%). For 58.54, the lowest answer rate was "donating eggs will cause insufficient number of eggs and affecting treatment", the correct rate of answer was only 4.47% IVF-ET patients' attitude toward egg donation was 24.4 鹵5.0), which was at a lower level. The egg donation intention score was the lowest, 7.9 鹵3.4). Conclusion the knowledge of egg donation in patients with IVF-ET is not well understood and the attitude of egg donation is not active, so we should pay more attention to the knowledge of egg donation in patients with IVF-ET.
