【摘要】：目的分析220例絕經(jīng)后婦女人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染情況及基因型別。方法采集2013年3~7月在天津市南開(kāi)區(qū)參加宮頸癌篩查的220例絕經(jīng)后婦女的宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)標(biāo)本,采用液基薄層細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查(TCT)檢測(cè)細(xì)胞學(xué)結(jié)果,利用PCR及焦磷酸測(cè)序技術(shù)檢測(cè)HPV DNA并分型。結(jié)果共檢測(cè)HPV DNA陽(yáng)性21例(9.55%),檢出9種HPV。其中,高危型HPV感染19例(HPV16 9例),低危型HPV感染3例,包含混合感染1例。TCT顯示,正常/炎癥者214例,細(xì)胞學(xué)結(jié)果異常者6例;在正常/炎癥者中HPV DNA陽(yáng)性15例(7.00%),細(xì)胞學(xué)異常者HPV DNA均陽(yáng)性(100%)。對(duì)6例TCT結(jié)果≥ASCUS者宮頸活檢病理檢查顯示,慢性宮頸炎4例,CINⅠ級(jí)1例,CINⅡ級(jí)1例。結(jié)論絕經(jīng)后婦女仍有一定的HPV感染率,其中HPV16是最常見(jiàn)的型別,絕經(jīng)后婦女仍需注重婦科查。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the infection and genotype of human papillomavirus (HPV) in 220 postmenopausal women. Methods the cervical cytological specimens of 220 postmenopausal women who took part in cervical cancer screening in Nankai District of Tianjin from March to July 2013 were collected and the cytological results were detected by liquid based thin layer cytology (TCTs). HPV DNA was detected and typed by PCR and pyrosequencing. Results A total of 21 cases with HPV DNA positive were detected and 9 kinds of HPVs were detected. Among them, there were 19 cases of high risk HPV infection and 3 cases of low risk HPV infection, including 1 case of mixed infection, 214 cases of normal / inflammatory infection and 6 cases of abnormal cytological results. In normal / inflammatory patients, HPV DNA was positive in 15 cases and HPV DNA was positive in all cases with abnormal cytology.
