【摘要】：目的研究分析陰道分泌物真菌和滴蟲(chóng)感染與季節(jié)性變化關(guān)系,旨在提高對(duì)女性陰道感染的診斷能力。方法隨機(jī)選取2011年5月-2013年5月接受治療的1 500例女性患者,所有患者均行陰道分泌物常規(guī)檢查,并對(duì)檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行回顧性分析,采用SPSS 12.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 1 500例女性患者中感染172例,感染率為11.47%;真菌性陰道炎顯著高于滴蟲(chóng)性陰道炎,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);患者真菌感染率最高的季節(jié)為秋季,感染率為10.10%,春季感染率最低為6.6%,數(shù)據(jù)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);4個(gè)季節(jié)滴蟲(chóng)感染率之間相比,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;年齡段≤20歲患者真菌感染率最高,隨著年齡的升高真菌感染率呈下降趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論陰道分泌物中真菌感染率顯著高于滴蟲(chóng)感染率,同時(shí)真菌感染存在明顯季節(jié)變化特征,滴蟲(chóng)感染則不受季節(jié)變化影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between fungal and trichomoniasis infections in vaginal secretions and their seasonal changes in order to improve the diagnostic ability of female vaginal infections. Methods from May 2011 to May 2013, 1 500 female patients were randomly selected. All the patients underwent routine vaginal discharge examination. The results were analyzed retrospectively and analyzed by SPSS 12.0 software. Results 172 of 1 500 female patients were infected, the infection rate was 11.47%, the rate of fungal vaginitis was significantly higher than that of trichomonas vaginitis, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The infection rate was 10.10%, and the lowest infection rate was 6.6% in spring. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference among the four seasonal Trichomonas infection rates, and the fungal infection rate was the highest in patients with age 鈮，
