【摘要】：目的探討宮頸癌化療前后骨橋蛋白(OPN)含量變化,分析OPN表達對宮頸癌化療效果的評價價值。方法選取80例接受化療治療的宮頸癌患者作為觀察對象,對比患者接受化療前后OPN含量及OPN陽性表達率差異。同時根據(jù)化療結(jié)果將患者分為化療無效組及化療有效組兩組,分別對比兩組化療前后OPN含量及OPN陽性表達率差異。對比化療效果與治療前后OPN含量差的相關性。結(jié)果患者化療前OPN含量為(24.88±7.02)ng/m L,OPN陽性表達率為70.00%,明顯高于化療后的(19.77±7.17)ng/m L及41.25%(P0.05)�；煙o效組和化療有效組化療前的OPN含量及OPN陽性表達率分別為(24.61±7.06)ng/m L、69.39%及(25.15±6.36)ng/m L、70.97%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),化療后化療有效組OPN含量及OPN陽性表達率為(17.16±7.12)ng/m L及35.48%,明顯低于化療無效組的(22.61±7.23)ng/m L及59.18%(P0.05)。化療效果與治療前后OPN含量差存在顯著的正向直線相關關系(P0.05)。結(jié)論化療后宮頸癌OPN含量及OPN陽性表達率均明顯降低,且以化療有效者降低更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of osteopontin (OPN) content in cervical cancer before and after chemotherapy, and to evaluate the value of OPN expression in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods 80 cases of cervical cancer treated with chemotherapy were selected as observation objects. The OPN content and the positive rate of OPN expression were compared before and after chemotherapy. According to the results of chemotherapy, the patients were divided into two groups: the ineffective group and the effective group. The content of OPN and the positive expression rate of OPN were compared between the two groups before and after chemotherapy. The correlation between the effect of chemotherapy and the difference of OPN content before and after treatment was compared. Results the positive expression rate of OPN before chemotherapy was 24.88 鹵7.02)ng/m, which was significantly higher than that after chemotherapy (19.77 鹵7.17)ng/m L and 41.25% P 0.05). The OPN content and the positive expression rate of OPN were 24.61 鹵7.06)ng/m LU 69.39% and 25.15 鹵6.36)ng/m L 70.97in the ineffective group and the effective group before chemotherapy, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The OPN content and the positive rate of OPN expression in the effective group after chemotherapy were 17.16 鹵7.12)ng/m L and 35.48%, respectively. It was significantly lower than that in the group without chemotherapy (22.61 鹵7.23)ng/m / L) and in the group of 59.18 (P 0.05). There was a significant positive linear correlation between the effect of chemotherapy and the difference of OPN content before and after treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion the OPN content and the positive expression rate of OPN were significantly decreased in cervical cancer after chemotherapy, especially in the patients who were effective in chemotherapy.
