【摘要】：正盡管我國(guó)近年來(lái)宮頸癌的發(fā)病率呈下降趨勢(shì),但宮頸癌患者的年輕化十分明顯。為滿(mǎn)足年輕患者的生育愿望,2014年12月2日,國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)針對(duì)宮頸癌患者的"保育門(mén)診"在復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院開(kāi)診,首日接診數(shù)超過(guò)50人次。年輕的宮頸癌患者中,超過(guò)40%是未婚或者還未生育的青年女性。過(guò)去在宮頸癌治療中通常采用宮頸和子宮"一鍋端"的手術(shù)方式,而此次新設(shè)的"保育門(mén)診"就是想憑借該院在根治性宮頸切除手術(shù)中的成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn),依托多學(xué)科綜
[Abstract]:Although the incidence of cervical cancer in China is decreasing in recent years, the young age of cervical cancer patients is very obvious. To meet the fertility aspirations of young patients, the country's first "nursing clinic" for cervical cancer patients opened on December 2, 2014, in a cancer hospital affiliated to Fudan University, with more than 50 visits on the first day. More than 40 percent of young cervical cancer patients are unmarried or childless young women. In the past, cervix and uterus were usually treated by "one pot end" operation, and this new "nursing clinic" is designed to rely on the mature experience of the hospital in radical cervical excision surgery, relying on multi-disciplinary ensemble.
