【摘要】：宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)是與宮頸癌密切相關(guān)的癌前病變。隨著宮頸癌生物學研究的進展和篩查技術(shù)的進步,宮頸癌的篩查目標已轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樵缙跈z出高級別CIN并行阻斷性治療。在CIN治療策略的原則中,首要目的應是預防宮頸癌的發(fā)生。目前CIN的診斷仍依靠宮頸細胞學、陰道鏡與組織病理學這三階梯技術(shù)("three step"technique)。治療方面,推薦期待治療作為CINⅠ女性的標準治療。對于CINⅡ與CINⅢ,宮頸環(huán)形電切術(shù)(LEEP)和激光錐切是推薦的治療方法。術(shù)后主要通過細胞學、人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)檢測對低至中度疾病殘留及復發(fā)風險患者進行隨訪,對高度疾病殘留及復發(fā)風險患者,推薦陰道鏡隨診。現(xiàn)擬從CIN的診斷、轉(zhuǎn)歸、治療、CIN合并妊娠、CIN治療后對妊娠結(jié)局的影響以及隨訪等方面進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cin) is a precancerous lesion closely related to cervical cancer. With the progress of biological research and screening technology of cervical cancer, the goal of cervical cancer screening has been transformed into the early detection of high-level CIN and blocking therapy. In the principle of CIN treatment strategy, the primary purpose should be to prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer. At present, the diagnosis of CIN still depends on the three-step technique of cervix cytology, colposcopy and histopathology ("three step" technique).
