【摘要】：目的探討低分子量酪氨酸磷酸酶(LMW-PTP)在子宮頸鱗癌中的表達及其臨床意義。方法采用RT-PCR及免疫組化法分析HaCaT、C33A、SiHa和CaSki細胞系中LMWPTP的表達情況。免疫組織化學法檢測正常宮頸患者19例,宮頸上皮內瘤變(CIN)Ⅰ期患者18例、CINⅡ~Ⅲ患者46例和宮頸鱗癌患者76例的組織切片中LMW-PTP的表達。結果 LMW-PTP mRNA及蛋白在C33A、SiHa及CaSki宮頸癌細胞系中表達明顯高于人永生化正常表皮細胞系HaCaT;臨床組織樣本中,正常宮頸上皮LMW-PTP幾乎不表達,在正常宮頸上皮到CIN繼而發(fā)展成宮頸癌的進展過程中LMW-PTP的表達逐漸升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);低分化宮頸癌組織中LMW-PTP表達高于中分化組織(P=0.025),中分化宮頸癌組織中LMW-PTP的表達高于高分化組織(P=0.045);宮頸癌組織中LMW-PTP蛋白的表達與組織學分級程度和是否有淋巴結轉移密切相關(P0.05)。結論LMW-PTP在宮頸癌的進展過程中起重要作用,且與組織分化程度和是否有淋巴轉移密切相關,提示LMW-PTP的表達有助于判斷宮頸癌患者的預后。
