【摘要】：輔助生殖過(guò)程中宮腔積液多見(jiàn)于輸卵管積液、多囊卵巢綜合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)、宮腔感染或伴有卵巢過(guò)度刺激綜合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)的患者。宮腔積液的發(fā)生機(jī)制尚不明確,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)多與炎癥及控制性超促排卵導(dǎo)致的多卵泡發(fā)育、高雌激素水平有關(guān),其對(duì)臨床結(jié)局的影響多從積液的發(fā)生機(jī)制及積液量方面考慮,在助孕過(guò)程中多根據(jù)臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)宮腔積液作出處理,臨床結(jié)局多可獲得改善,但確切結(jié)論尚待進(jìn)一步研究。本文旨在對(duì)近年來(lái)體外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)過(guò)程中宮腔積液的發(fā)生機(jī)制、對(duì)臨床結(jié)局的影響及處理策略方面的相關(guān)研究予以綜述。
[Abstract]:In the assisted reproductive process, the effusion of uterine cavity is more common in the patients with fallopian tube effusion, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), uterine infection or ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).The mechanism of effusion in uterine cavity is not clear. The study found that the development of multiple follicles caused by inflammation and controlled hyperstimulation of ovulation, and the high level of estrogen, the effect on the clinical outcome is mostly considered from the mechanism and quantity of effusion.In the process of pregnancy assistance, the clinical outcome can be improved according to the clinical experience, but the exact conclusion needs to be further studied.The purpose of this review is to review the mechanism of intrauterine effusion during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer IVF-ETs, and to review the effects of IVF-ETT on clinical outcomes and management strategies.
