【摘要】：正1病例簡介女,34歲,孕3產(chǎn)1,孕29周。主訴:反復(fù)腹瀉、便血1個月余。超聲檢查結(jié)果見圖1A、B�；颊咝衅蕦m產(chǎn)術(shù),娩出一體重1.55 kg健康活女嬰,然后行腹腔探查術(shù)及右半結(jié)腸切除術(shù)。術(shù)中所見:距離回盲部約15 cm處的升結(jié)腸見結(jié)腸套疊,套疊腸管長約10 cm,腸管水腫明顯,未見腸管瘀黑,于結(jié)腸套疊頭端見一大小約13 cm×6 cm腫物,質(zhì)地硬,活動度差。升結(jié)腸近肝曲處可見2個類圓形腫物,大小均約6
[Abstract]:Is the brief introduction of 1 case of female, 34 years old, pregnant 3 produce 1, 29 weeks of pregnancy. Complaints: recurrent diarrhea, hematochezia 1 months. Ultrasound examination results shown in figure 1A, B. underwent cesarean delivery, a weight of 1.55 kg live healthy baby, then underwent exploratory laparotomy and right hemicolectomy. See operation: distance ileocecus at about 15 cm see the ascending colon intussusception, bowel intussusception was about 10 cm in length, intestinal edema, no intestinal stasis in colonic intussusception black, head end saw a size of about 13 cm * 6 cm mass, hard texture, poor activity. The ascending near the hepatic flexure can be seen at the 2 round mass, size is approximately 6
