【摘要】：目的探討?zhàn)じ椒肿覥D44v6、細(xì)胞黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)與早期宮頸鱗癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。方法收集江西省婦幼保健院宮頸癌Ⅰb1期患者宮頸標(biāo)本74份,正常宮頸標(biāo)本20份,宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞原位癌標(biāo)本20份,采用real-time PCR法及免疫組織化學(xué)法測(cè)定宮頸組織標(biāo)本CD44v6和ICAM-1的表達(dá),免疫組織化學(xué)法測(cè)定D2-40標(biāo)記的淋巴管密度(LVD),并探討三者與宮頸癌組織分化程度及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 CD44v6及ICAM-1在正常宮頸、宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞原位癌、宮頸癌組織中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率逐漸提高,分別為0、75.00%、87.84%及10.00%、45.00%、81.08%;mRNA表達(dá)水平也逐漸提高,分別為0、0.24±0.02、1.02±0.11及0.10±0.00、0.19±0.02、1.03±0.10,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。正常宮頸、宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞原位癌、宮頸癌組織中LVD逐漸提高(P0.01)。低分化宮頸癌組織中CD44v6、ICAM-1陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率及LVD高于高、中分化(P0.01),有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移宮頸癌組織中CD44v6、ICAM-1陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率及LVD高于無(wú)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P0.01)。宮頸癌組織中CD44v6、ICAM-1及LVD呈兩兩正相關(guān)。結(jié)論 CD44v6在宮頸癌進(jìn)展中起促進(jìn)作用,與ICAM-1及LVD協(xié)同促進(jìn)宮頸癌發(fā)展,可作為判斷宮頸癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及診斷的有效指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between adhesion molecule CD44v6 and cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and lymph node metastasis in early cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).Methods 74 cervical specimens, 20 normal cervix specimens and 20 cervical squamous cell carcinoma in situ specimens were collected from cervical cancer patients in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital.The expression of CD44v6 and ICAM-1 in cervical tissues was detected by real-time PCR method and immunohistochemical method, and the density of lymphatic vessels labeled with D2-40 was determined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and ICAM-1 and the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma was investigated.Normal cervix, cervical squamous cell carcinoma in situ, cervical cancer tissue LVD gradually increased P0.01.The positive expression rate of CD44v6 and LVD in poorly differentiated cervical carcinoma was higher than that in moderately differentiated cervical carcinoma, and the positive rate of CD44v6 and LVD in cervical carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P0.01).There was a positive correlation between ICAM-1 and LVD in cervical cancer tissue.Conclusion CD44v6 plays an important role in the progression of cervical cancer. It can be used as an effective index to judge lymph node metastasis and diagnosis of cervical cancer, which can be combined with ICAM-1 and LVD to promote the development of cervical cancer.
