【摘要】：正1.病例摘要患者,40歲,因"經(jīng)期下腹及肛門墜脹痛5年,加重2個月"于2014-06-10收入院�；颊�5年前出現(xiàn)經(jīng)期下腹及肛門部墜痛不適,1年前自覺疼痛時間延長,經(jīng)前期起出現(xiàn)下腹及肛周疼痛,程度較前加重,需服止疼藥物治療,至月經(jīng)干凈后5天左右疼痛緩解;孕0產(chǎn)0。3個月前彩超提示子宮多發(fā)肌瘤,宮頸肌瘤。于2014-03-25本院行靜-吸復(fù)合麻醉下腹腔鏡下子宮肌瘤切除術(shù)+盆腔粘連松解術(shù),
[Abstract]:Case Abstract: the patient was 40 years old, who was admitted to the hospital from 2014-06-10 because of "5 years of distention pain in the lower abdomen and anus during menstrual period and 2 months aggravation". The patient had discomfort in the lower abdomen and anus of menstrual period five years ago, and the time of conscious pain before 1 year was prolonged. The lower abdomen and perianal pain appeared in the early stage, and the degree of pain was more severe than before. The pain was alleviated about 5 days after the menstruation was clean, and the uterine multiple myoma was indicated by color Doppler ultrasound 0.3 months before pregnancy. Cervical leiomyoma. From 2014-03-25, the pelvic adhesions of hysteromyoma were treated by laparoscopy under combined anesthesia.
