【摘要】：陰道微生態(tài)評價對需氧菌性陰道炎(aerobic vaginitis,AV)及其混合感染的診斷具有一定優(yōu)勢,提高了AV的診斷率、減少了漏診率。目前診斷方法仍以形態(tài)學濕片檢測進行AV評分為主,功能學檢測為輔。功能學檢測仍需統(tǒng)一規(guī)范與臨床驗證,有待進一步開發(fā)更具特異性的預成酶,結(jié)合形態(tài)學優(yōu)化不同指標組合,建立AV診斷標準評價體系。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of vaginal microecology has some advantages in the diagnosis of Aerobic vaginitis initisage (AVV) and its mixed infection, improves the diagnosis rate of AV and reduces the rate of missed diagnosis. At present, the diagnosis method is still based on morphological wet film test for AV score. The functional detection still needs to be standardized and clinically verified. Further development of more specific preforms enzyme combined with morphological optimization of different index combinations to establish the AV diagnostic criteria evaluation system.
