【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)紅核婦潔洗液治療單純性外陰陰道假絲酵母菌病(VVC)的有效性和安全性。方法:2014年6月至2016年6月在復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院門(mén)診募集單純性VVC患者,隨機(jī)分為研究組(紅核婦潔洗液組)和對(duì)照組(硝酸咪康唑軟膠囊組),分別在治療前和治療結(jié)束后1~2周、4周、8周進(jìn)行真菌檢測(cè)、瘙癢評(píng)價(jià)、VVC評(píng)分、BV五項(xiàng)檢測(cè)及安全性評(píng)估。結(jié)果:治療后1~2周,研究組和對(duì)照組的瘙癢陽(yáng)性率、真菌陽(yáng)性率、VVC評(píng)分均呈顯著下降趨勢(shì),兩組比較無(wú)顯著差異。兩組治療后4周與基線相比,p H值、唾液酸苷酶、白細(xì)胞脂酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶陽(yáng)性率顯著下降,但兩組無(wú)顯著差異。治療后8周,研究組的白細(xì)胞脂酶陽(yáng)性率、VVC評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組。兩組患者在治療前后血常規(guī)、生化指標(biāo)、心電圖等無(wú)顯著差異,無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:紅核婦潔洗液治療單純性VVC有效、安全,在臨床上值得進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Hongxufujie lotion in the treatment of simple vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: from June 2014 to June 2016, simple VVC patients were recruited from outpatient clinic of Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital of Fudan University. They were randomly divided into study group (Hongxufujie lotion group) and control group (miconazole nitrate soft capsule group). Results: the positive rate of pruritus and the positive rate of fungi in the study group and the control group were significantly decreased 2 weeks after treatment. The positive rates of sialidase, leucocyte lipase, proline aminopeptidase in the two groups decreased significantly 4 weeks after treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the 4th week after treatment, compared with the baseline, the positive rates of sialidase, leucocyte lipase and proline aminopeptidase were not significantly different between the two groups. The positive rate of leukocyte lipase in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in blood routine examination, biochemical index, electrocardiogram between the two groups before and after treatment, and no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion: Hongxufujie lotion is effective in the treatment of simple VVC. It is safe and worthy of further application in clinic.
