【摘要】：目的:探討子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(EMs)患者外周血對氧磷酶-1(PON1)酶活性作為疾病診斷及其病情嚴(yán)重程度的指標(biāo)的可能性。方法:選取近16年EMs患者外周血PON1酶活性測定的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析。比較其在EMs和非EMs良性病變育齡期婦女外周血中,以及其在不同EMs分期患者外周血中的差異。結(jié)果:EMs患者外周血中PON1酶活性較非EMs良性病變女性顯著降低(OR=-51.27,95%CI為-72.52~-30.02,P0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明顯低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(OR=-45.31,95%CI為-60.47~-30.20,P0.05)。結(jié)論:PON1活性與EMs發(fā)生、發(fā)展密切相關(guān),測定患者血PON1酶活性可作為EMs診斷、分期的血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the possibility of the activity of paraoxonase-1 (PON1) enzyme in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis as an indicator of disease diagnosis and severity. Methods: the phase of peripheral blood PON1 enzyme activity in patients with EMs in recent 16 years was selected. Meta analysis was carried out in the relevant literature. The peripheral blood samples of women with benign EMs and non-#en2# diseases were compared with those in the peripheral blood of women of childbearing age. Results the activity of PON1 enzyme in the peripheral blood of the patients with different EMs stages was significantly lower than that of the women with non-benign EMs lesions. Results the activity of PON1 enzyme in the patients with different stages of EMs was significantly lower than that in women with benign EMs lesions.
