【摘要】：正產(chǎn)科學(xué)是婦產(chǎn)科學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)和重點,而其中關(guān)于難產(chǎn)的理論體系和處置方案又是產(chǎn)科學(xué)的重中之重。近年來,隨著社會人群的生活方式改變和科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,產(chǎn)科醫(yī)學(xué)難題也相應(yīng)地推陳出新,亟需新的解決方案。1難產(chǎn)診治的有關(guān)問題1.1對產(chǎn)程圖的重新解讀在大量的最新最好醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)和研究證據(jù)的支持下,有關(guān)難產(chǎn)的概念、難產(chǎn)的危險因素、分娩的基礎(chǔ)理論、分娩的監(jiān)護手段、難產(chǎn)的解決之道等均發(fā)生了一些變化。例如,在張軍教授等
[Abstract]:Obstetrical science is the foundation and key point of obstetrics, and the theoretical system and disposal scheme of dystocia are the most important in obstetrics. In recent years, with the change of life style and the rapid development of science and technology, Problems in obstetrical medicine are emerging accordingly, and the concept of dystocia is in urgent need of a new solution, problem 1.1 the reinterpretation of labor process maps, supported by a great deal of the latest and best medical data and research evidence. Some changes have taken place in the risk factors of dystocia, the basic theory of delivery, the means of monitoring labor, and the solution to dystocia. For example, Professor Zhang Jun and so on.
