【摘要】：目的觀察宮頸癌組織中人類黑色素瘤相關(guān)抗原A3(MAGE-A3)的表達變化,分析其與腫瘤臨床病理參數(shù)及預后的關(guān)系。方法收集宮頸癌組織76例、宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)組織40例、正常宮頸組織標本25例,采用免疫組化SP法檢測MAGE-A3,分析MAGE-A3表達與患者年齡、FIGO分期、組織病理學分級、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及陰道殘端癌累及的關(guān)系。收集70例宮頸癌患者的術(shù)后隨訪資料,采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲線分析MAGE-A3表達與患者預后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果宮頸癌組織、CIN組織、正常宮頸組織中MAGE-A3陽性表達率分別為53.94%、7.50%、0,組間兩兩相比,P均0.05。FIGO分期Ⅱa1期宮頸癌組織中MAGE-A3陽性表達率高于Ⅰ期者(P0.05)。病理分級為G1、G2、G3的宮頸癌組織中MAGE-A3陽性表達率逐漸增高(P均0.05)。有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的宮頸癌組織中MAGE-A3陽性表達率高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者(P0.05)。MAGE-A3低表達組患者5年生存率為78.1%(25/32),高表達組患者5年生存率為44.7%(17/38),兩者相比,P0.05。結(jié)論宮頸癌組織中MAGE-A3陽性表達率高于CIN組織和正常宮頸組織;MAGE-A3高表達可能與宮頸癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展及不良預后密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of human melanoma associated antigen A3- MAGE-A3 in cervical carcinoma, and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis. Methods 76 cases of cervical carcinoma and 40 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINs) were collected. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect MAGE-A3 in 25 cases of normal cervical tissue. The expression of MAGE-A3 and age and Figo stage, histopathological grade were analyzed. The relationship between lymph node metastasis and the involvement of vaginal stump carcinoma. The postoperative follow-up data of 70 patients with cervical cancer were collected, and the relationship between MAGE-A3 expression and prognosis was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival curve.
