【摘要】：線粒體是真核細(xì)胞中重要的細(xì)胞器,為卵母細(xì)胞成熟、受精及胚胎生長提供充足的能量,在卵母細(xì)胞和胚胎發(fā)育過程中起到關(guān)鍵作用。年齡的增長會(huì)引起線粒體功能降低,進(jìn)而影響卵母細(xì)胞及胚胎的質(zhì)量,不利于高齡女性的成功妊娠。本文將從高齡如何影響卵母細(xì)胞及早期胚胎線粒體功能,以及怎樣減少高齡對(duì)線粒體功能的損傷等方面進(jìn)行探討,以期為高齡不孕不育患者提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Mitochondria are important organelles in eukaryotic cells that provide sufficient energy for oocyte maturation, fertilization and embryo growth, and play a key role in oocyte and embryo development. Thus, the quality of oocytes and embryos is affected, which is not conducive to the successful pregnancy of older women. This article will focus on how old age affects the function of oocytes and mitochondria of early embryos. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the elderly infertility patients, how to reduce the damage of mitochondria function caused by old age was discussed.
