【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,女,63歲,因"腹脹10+天"于2015年11月13日收入院�；颊�10天前下腹墜脹,無腹痛�；颊呓^經(jīng)11年,G2P2,剖宮產(chǎn)分娩2次。婦科檢查:陰道口可見多個質(zhì)硬結(jié)節(jié),直徑0.5~1.5cm;陰道后壁中段可見2個直徑約1.5cm質(zhì)硬結(jié)節(jié),界限尚清,活動度差,無觸痛;盆腔可觸及直徑約10cm大小包塊,質(zhì)硬,界限不清,活動度差,無明顯壓痛。婦
[Abstract]:The patient, 63 years old, was admitted to the hospital on November 13th 2015 because of "abdominal distension for 10 days". The patient suffered from abdominal distension 10 days ago and had no abdominal pain. The patient had 11 years of menopause with G2P2. cesarean section gave birth twice. Gynecologic examination: multiple hard nodules were visible in the vaginal orifice. In the middle of the posterior wall of vagina, there were 2 hard nodules of about 1.5 cm in diameter, with clear boundary, poor mobility and no tenderness; the pelvic cavity could touch the mass of about 10 cm in diameter, the mass was hard, the boundary was not clear, the movement was poor, and there was no obvious tenderness.
