【摘要】：目的比較腹腔鏡下輸卵管切開取胚術和腹腔鏡下輸卵管切除術的效果。方法選擇我院2015年1月~2016年7月收治的輸卵管異位妊娠患者160例作為研究對象,根據治療方案不同,將其分為研究組120例與對照組40例。其中研究組采取腹腔鏡下輸卵管切開取胚術治療,對照組采取腹腔鏡下輸卵管切除術治療。觀察記錄兩組患者手術時間、術中出血量、住院時間、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,以及持續(xù)異位妊娠(PEP)率、重復異位妊娠(REP)率及術后自然宮內妊娠(IUP)率,并采取統(tǒng)計學分析。結果兩組患者手術時間、術中出血量、住院時間、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、PEP率、REP率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);但研究組IUP率明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結論腹腔鏡下輸卵管切開取胚術治療與輸卵管切除術治療輸卵管異位妊娠,盡管在手術時間、失血量、住院時間、PEP、REP及并發(fā)癥方面比較無明顯差異,但可明顯提高IUP率,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of laparoscopic oviductal oviduct extraction and laparoscopic salpingotomy. Methods 160 cases of ectopic tubal pregnancy were selected from January 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital. It was divided into study group (120 cases) and control group (40 cases). The study group was treated by laparoscopic oviductal incision and the control group by laparoscopic salpingotomy. The duration of hospitalization, the incidence of complications, the rate of persistent ectopic pregnancy (PEP), the rate of repeated ectopic pregnancy (REP) and the rate of spontaneous intrauterine pregnancy (IUP) after operation were analyzed statistically. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications (P < 0.05), but the IUP rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic salpingotomy and salpingotomy are used to treat ectopic tubal pregnancy. There was no significant difference in the amount of blood loss, the length of stay in hospital and the complications, but the rate of IUP could be significantly increased, which was worth popularizing.
