【摘要】：正孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率一直是備受關(guān)注的全球性公共衛(wèi)生問題,改善孕產(chǎn)婦健康已被列入聯(lián)合國2000年通過的8個"千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)"之一。2014年中國孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率為21.7/10萬,較1990年的88.8/10萬下降了約3/4,提前1年實現(xiàn)了聯(lián)合國"千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)"。然而,此數(shù)據(jù)與發(fā)達國家相比仍然高出好幾倍。隨著"一對夫婦可生育兩個孩子"政策的全面實施,對我國保障孕產(chǎn)婦健康也提出了新的挑戰(zhàn),其中Rh D
