【摘要】：目的探討體外受精-胚胎移植影響單雙胎妊娠的相關因素及妊娠結(jié)局。方法經(jīng)胚胎移植后,選擇女方年齡40歲且35d左右B超檢查有孕囊的患者作為研究對象,研究影響單/雙胎妊娠相關因素間的關系。結(jié)果 (1)Gn用量、Gn天數(shù)、用藥方案、平均獲卵數(shù)、平均成熟卵子數(shù)、卵子成熟率、正常受精率、可利用胚胎數(shù)、移植周期、平均移植胚胎數(shù)、完全復蘇胚胎數(shù)單雙胎妊娠組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);(2)雙胎妊娠組的平均復蘇胚胎數(shù)和平均移植優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù),顯著高于單胎妊娠組(P0.05);(3)雙胎妊娠組的優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù)、14d血β-HCG值、早產(chǎn)率和妊娠丟失率極顯著高于單胎妊娠組(P0.01);(4)雙胎妊娠組的復蘇率顯著低于單胎妊娠組(P0.05),胚胎停育率極顯著低于單胎妊娠組(P0.01);(5)單胎妊娠組的早期妊娠丟失率顯著高于雙胎妊娠組的(P0.05);(6)異位妊娠率、流產(chǎn)率、活產(chǎn)率、出生體質(zhì)量和性別比例,單雙胎妊娠組間均差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論患者優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù)與雙胎妊娠密切相關。考慮到優(yōu)生優(yōu)育,減少移植優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎能降低多胎妊娠和早產(chǎn)發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors and pregnancy outcome of single twin pregnancy affected by in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. Methods after embryo transfer, women aged 40 years and 35 days old were selected as subjects of study. To study the relationship between the related factors of single / twin pregnancy. Results: the number of days of Gn dosage, the dosage of Gn, the average number of eggs obtained, the average number of mature eggs, the maturation rate of eggs, the normal fertilization rate, the number of available embryos, the transfer period, the average number of eggs matured, the number of embryos available, and the transfer period were studied. There was no significant difference in the average number of embryos transferred and fully resuscitated among the single twin pregnancy group (P 0.05)) the average number of resuscitation embryos and the average number of high quality embryos transferred in the twin pregnancy group. The number of high quality embryos in twin pregnancy group was significantly higher than that in single pregnancy group (P 0.05) and the serum 尾 -HCG value was 14 days after pregnancy. The rate of premature delivery and loss of pregnancy was significantly higher than that of single pregnancy group (P 0.01)) the rate of resuscitation in twin pregnancy group was significantly lower than that in single pregnancy group (P 0.05), and the embryo aborting rate was significantly lower than that in single pregnancy group (P 0.01); the early pregnancy loss rate in single pregnancy group was significantly lower than that in single pregnancy group. The ectopic pregnancy rate was higher in the twin pregnancy group than in the twin pregnancy group. There was no significant difference in abortion rate, live delivery rate, birth weight and sex ratio between single twin pregnancy group and single twin pregnancy group (P 0.05). Conclusion the number of high quality embryos is closely related to twin pregnancy. Reducing the rate of multiple pregnancies and preterm births is associated with a reduction in the transfer of high-quality embryos.
