【摘要】：目的:探討無保護分娩技術在單胎初產(chǎn)婦分娩中的應用效果。方法:選擇足月經(jīng)陰道分娩的單胎初產(chǎn)婦為研究對象,將產(chǎn)婦隨機分為無保護分娩技術組與會陰側(cè)切術組,比較兩組產(chǎn)婦在產(chǎn)后恢復、舒適感以及新生兒窒息率等方面的差異。結(jié)果:共有103例納入研究,其中無保護分娩技術組52例,會陰側(cè)切術組51例。兩組產(chǎn)婦的產(chǎn)程時間、產(chǎn)時產(chǎn)后出血、新生兒窒息率等比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);產(chǎn)后會陰傷口縫合時間、疼痛的發(fā)生率以及會陰損傷程度無保護分娩技術組與會陰側(cè)切組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:無保護分娩技術能減輕產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后疼痛,減少會陰傷口縫合時間,降低會陰損傷程度,不增加產(chǎn)時、產(chǎn)后出血和新生兒窒息的發(fā)生風險。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of unprotected delivery technique in single birth. Methods: single primipara with full term vaginal delivery was selected as the object of study. The parturients were randomly divided into two groups: the unprotected delivery technique group and the perineal lateral resection group. The differences of postpartum recovery, comfort and neonatal asphyxia rate between the two groups were compared. Results: 103 cases were included in the study. There were 52 cases in unprotected delivery group and 51 cases in perineal lateral resection group. There was no significant difference in the time of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate between the two groups. Postpartum perineum wound suture time, the incidence of pain and perineum injury degree unprotected delivery technique group and perineal lateral resection group compared. Conclusion: unprotected delivery technology can reduce postpartum pain, reduce perineum wound suture time, reduce perineal injury, and do not increase the duration of labor. The risk of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia.
