【摘要】：妊娠期糖尿病對母兒有較大危害,近年來有明顯的增高趨勢。目前關(guān)于妊娠期糖尿病的遺傳因素的研究越來越多,眾多基因位點的單核甘酸的多態(tài)性被證實與妊娠期糖尿病遺傳易感性相關(guān),其中人類主要組織相容性復(fù)合體-Ⅱ類基因、半胱氨酸蛋白酶10基因、芳烴受體核轉(zhuǎn)位蛋白3基因等可能與妊娠期糖尿病發(fā)病有關(guān),而乙型肝炎病毒、空氣污染、輔助生殖技術(shù)等也可能影響妊娠期糖尿病的發(fā)生。
