【摘要】：目的探討雙回波序列和1 H-MRS在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠肝內(nèi)脂肪含量測(cè)定中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法對(duì)25只NAFLD SD大鼠首先行雙回波序列掃描和1 H-MRS檢查,并測(cè)定肝內(nèi)脂肪含量,再行組織病理學(xué)檢測(cè),分析雙回波序列與1 H-MRS、組織病理學(xué)結(jié)果的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果雙回波序列與1 H-MRS所測(cè)肝內(nèi)脂肪含量呈正相關(guān)(r=0.936,P0.001);雙回波序列與組織病理學(xué)所測(cè)肝內(nèi)脂肪含量呈正相關(guān)(r=0.946,P0.001),Bland-Ahman曲線分析顯示雙回波序列和病理學(xué)測(cè)定的大鼠肝內(nèi)脂肪含量一致性非常好。結(jié)論雙回波序列測(cè)定NAFLD肝內(nèi)脂肪含量簡(jiǎn)便、易行,且準(zhǔn)確性高,有望取代組織病理學(xué)檢查。
