pc-ASL技術在橋小腦角區(qū)腫瘤術后復發(fā)評估

【摘要】:目的:探討3DFSE的pc-ASL技術對橋小腦角區(qū)腫瘤術后復發(fā)的診斷價值。方法:選取21例橋小腦角區(qū)占位性病變術后患者,行常規(guī)平掃及增強序列,在增強前掃描pc-ASL序列。將pc-ASL功能圖像與增強后Ax 3D T1WI融合,測量異常強化區(qū)域及對側正常腦組織的CBF值,評價是否存在腫瘤復發(fā)。結果:全部21例手術區(qū)出現(xiàn)異常強化區(qū)患者,13例為復發(fā)。17例患者行DSC-PWI失敗,圖像無法滿足診斷需求。全部21例pc-ASL檢查成功。腫瘤復發(fā)區(qū)域的CBF值為(64.2±3.03)mL/100g/min,對側正常腦實質的CBF值為(52.5±1.89)mL/100g/min。腫瘤復發(fā)區(qū)域的CBF值明顯高于對照側腦組織,兩者之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=12.498,P0.05)。結論:基于3DFSE的pc-ASL序列安全無創(chuàng),無需注射對比劑,磁敏感效應影響小,可以用于評估橋小腦角區(qū)腫瘤有無術后復發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of 3DFSE pc-ASL in postoperative recurrence of cerebellopontine angle tumors. Methods: 21 patients with space-occupying lesions in cerebellopontine angle were treated with conventional plain scan and enhanced sequence, and pc-ASL sequence was scanned before enhancement. The functional images of pc-ASL were fused with enhanced Ax 3D T1WI to measure the CBF values of abnormal enhancement area and contralateral normal brain tissue, and to evaluate the existence of tumor recurrence. Results: in all 21 patients with abnormal enhancement area, 13 patients had recurrence. 17 patients failed to perform DSC-PWI and the images could not meet the diagnostic requirements. All 21 cases were examined successfully by pc-ASL. The CBF value of tumor recurrence area was (64.2 鹵3.03) mL/100g/min, and the CBF value of contralateral normal brain parenchyma was (52.5 鹵1.89) mL/100g/min..
